Another amazing stay at Club Med Val d’Isère.
We had a wonderful time. Thank you to Ayman who helped us throughout. The service and food were excellent. The skiing was great.
Barq and his team of G.O’s are the best.
We want to return as soon as possible.

Dear Club Med Val D'Isere,
One significant issue we encountered was the noise in our room (628). Unfortunately, being located above the bar area meant that we were disturbed by the noise from the nightly parties until midnight. This affected our ability to rest and enjoy our stay fully.
Additionally, the ski-in and ski-out concept did not work as smoothly as we had hoped. The chair lift for the hotel was frequently out of service, forcing us to take the bus back from the slopes, which was inconvenient and detracted from the overall experience.
Despite these challenges, we had a wonderful time, largely thanks to your exceptional staff namely;

Beautiful holidays in Val d'Isere with my family. We had a really good time this first days of the year at this club med . Excellent rooms, clean environment and perfect service. Thanks to everyone. Another amazing stay at Club Med and our second New Year at this club. First…the Mini Club team of Lauren and Clara made our week! Our daughter looked forward to seeing them and dancing with them each evening! The teen club was equally amazing with Eva, Stan and Thomas…they know how to make every teen feel included and really make it fun. This year Mini Clun show was amazing…so inclusive and got parents involved! The aperitif live music was really good, so happy he played all of the evenings and music appealed to everyone. Lastly, Barq not only welcomed us but seemed to make everyone feel welcome which was nice to see. Looking forward to New Years next year already!
