Special shout out to ski instructors Mr Panda and Ms Max. My 11 year old son totally enjoyed his ski lessons and progressed very quickly through the levels. Mr Panda also took me and my husband for the adult ski lessons. He's well articulate, patient and detailed. He's thus far the best ski instructor for all my lessons there.

I would also like to complement Ms Rachel whom we first met in Cherating Clubmed. It was heartwarming to meet her again and she is still as excellent as she is in Cherating. My son is very delighted to see her again!

I would like to especially mentioned Mr Adi from F&B. He has been the greatest help during my stay. My pocket wifi provider had by mistake cut off my connection and if it hadn't been Mr Adi, I would have no other connection during the rest of my personal trip in Harbin. He assisted me to contact the service provider to set up my connection before I left Clubmed to continue my journey. I'm very grateful for his extraordinary service!

My family and I went to clubmed Yabuli over the Christmas holidays and we must say that it exceeded our expectations! Although the hotel is slightly dated, it was still cozy and the facilities were well maintained. It was our first time skiing and snowboarding in China, and although the snow and weather conditions wasn’t the best, we would like to thank the ski school GO team for doing their best to teach us and keep us safe in these conditions. A big shoutout to my snowboard coach Martin who taught me on my first day ever in SB4 and took care of me when I went down the black slope the first time in Yabuli (which was extra difficult due to the icy conditions), and also to another snowboard coach Zhang from Harbin, who took the time out of his rest day to teach our class carving. And last but not least, we would like to thank the Bar team for their excellent service and for serving us many many delicious personalised cocktails. Overall, we had a wonderful holiday in Yabuli and would definitely consider coming back again!

This is our second visit to Harbin and Yabuli and the first time staying at Club Med. We really appreciate staying this wonderful resort, not only for its cozy and family friendly environment and daily activities, but also for the great hospitality from the service team.

Thank you, thank you our Ski Coach Noah for your excellent coaching. Not only you kept us safe on and off the slope, and helped us progress steadily. Your feedback for each of us in the group was so valuable.

In fact, there are so many others we wish to express my gratitude, from the porters, to the cleaning aunties at the restaurant and the room service, from the miniclub teachers to the village doctor… thank you for going out of your way to assist every guest and make us feel at home.

First time in ClubMed and I was really overwhelmed. This was honeymoon trip to Yabuli. The resort environment was superb, especially for our first time skiing experience.

Kay, Front Desk, she received us during check-in and introduced all the facilities within the resort

River, Ski Dept, I misplaced my helmet and goggles, he went extra miles to bring me to the security post to check on the CCV, making sure that nobody took it by mistake. I eventually found them on the sofa outside the lift lobby due to my carelessness

Laurel & Danny, F&B, great meal experience every breakfast, lunch and dinner as they great us like close friends

Gerrard, Bruce, Icey & Wayne, Bar, we will have something special to drink every night to chill plus our 10pm Mahjong table booked without fail

Amy, Front Desk, we are already making plans for next year Dec at Yabuli again. Hope we can get some early-bird special for 6 pax
